FAQ

Do I need to register to place an order?

Yes, you do need to register before placing the final order. However, you can browse the app without registration and can get an estimated quote of your planned order.

How can I register?

You can register by clicking on the \"Sign Up\" section on the home page. Oorjaa will send a one-time password (OTP) to verify your mobile number. Post verification, you can enter Business details and start placing an order.

Can I register multiple times using the same mobile number?

No, you can't. Each login ID and mobile number can only be associated with one customer account.

I am unable to login / I did not receive OTP

Please check that you have entered the correct mobile number or other login details. If the problem persists, please contact customercare@oorjaa.tech or +91 8799927520.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

Upon successfully completing your order, an order confirmation SMS containing your order details will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number.

How do I make changes to my order?

Currently, there is no provision to modify the order once it is placed. You may cancel the order until it is shipped as per the cancellation policy.

Can I place an order from any location?

Yes, you can place an order from any location. But ensure twice that you have entered the correct pickup and drop location.

Can I change the drop location after placing the order?

No, you can’t change location after placing the order.

What if my package gets damaged?

If the damage to the package is solely on account of actions of the logistics partners working with Oorjaa, value of the goods, as per the policy documents, will be reimbursed.

How can I cancel my order?

In the booking list, in order details; you will find option for cancel order.

What are the various modes of payment?

Payment modes available are – Credit/Debit card, Net banking, Google Pay, and PhonePay.

How much time will it take to get the refund of a cancelled/returned order?

It will take approximately 7 working days to get the refund of a cancelled/ returned order.

How to get an invoice for orders?

After payment of the order, you will get an option at the bottom of the payment page to download the invoice. You can also download the invoice on the order history page.

How can I check previous orders?

In my orders' section, you can check all the details of previous orders with filters like last month's orders or previous six months' orders.

How to get an invoice for previous orders?

You can download the invoice of any order on the order history page

Is there any minimum weight for a single package?

No, there is no minimum weight for single package. However, the Maximum total weight allowed for a single package is 150 kg.
