Cancellation and Refund Policy

These terms refer to the terms in accordance to which the Guest Users, Registered Users who are availing the PiE KART product (“Customers”) may cancel the Services availed by them to connect and co-ordinate with the Delivery Partner and avail transportation, delivery, and logistics services. PiE KART is a brand name of Yatnavat Technologies Private Limited.

PiE KART shall confirm and initiate the execution of the transaction initiated by Customer upon receiving confirmation from Customer for the same. If Customer wishes to cancel a transaction on the Platform, Customer shall select the cancel option on the Platform. It is to be noted that Customer may have to pay a cancellation fee for transactions initiated on the Platform for which work has already been commenced by the Delivery Partner.

Customer Cancellation

  • From the time of Order confirmation until 1 hour prior to the selected Pickup Slot – 100% Refund
  • Any cancellation after 1 hour prior to the selected Pickup Slot – No Refund
  • Group order cancellation: Besides the above, Cancellation of any order under group /multidrop booking would affect the price of other orders booked under the same group ID, and the Customer has to agree to revise the price, and net refund/excess payment as the case may be for the cancellation to be successful.

Subject to the Customer’s previous cancellation history, PiE KART reserves the right to deny any refund to customers in case of frequent cancellations even as suspension of account.

PiE KART will have all rights to either not to refund the order value in case Customer’s order is prepaid or recover from the customer’s subsequent order in case order is postpaid.

Non-Customer Cancellation

PiE KART reserves the right to cancel the Orders by itself for reasons attributable to PiE KART, including but not limited to:

  • In the event if the address provided by customer is either wrong / incomplete or falls outside the pick up or delivery zone;
  • Failure to contact customer by phone or email at the time of pick up or delivery
  • Occurrence of the force majeure event
  • Improper order as compared to order specifications mentioned at the time of booking on the app by the Customer or if the order is not in an enclosed package.

Refunds

Customer shall be eligible to get the refund if

  • PiE KART has cancelled the order because of reasons (1) (2) or (3) mentioned in the Non Customer Cancellation.
  • Customer has cancelled the order at least an hour prior to the scheduled pick up slot
  • Failure of the Delivery Partner to deliver the order solely on account of reasons attributable to the Delivery Partner

Customer may not be eligible to get the refund if

  • Failure of the Delivery Partner to deliver the order on account of reasons not attributable to the Delivery Partner (for example recipient not available or refusal to accept delivery etc)

All refund amounts shall be credited to the Customer’s account as per the choice of payment method. The estimated timeline for refund 2 weeks from the refund process date.

Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

Modification: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We may modify these terms or add any additional terms that apply to the cancellation of the Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should review the terms regularly. Your continued use of the Services post an amendment shall be construed as a deemed acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

If you are a customer using PiE KART’s services under an enterprise-level agreement, the cancellation terms set out in the agreement executed between PiE KART and you will prevail.
